Was not what we had hoped it would be. Boneless spare ribs were good. Tuna on top of crazy tuna roll was dry. Garlic noodles... were thinner than expected. Snow mountain was bland. Veggie fried rice was over cooked, burnt. Beef teriyaki had no flavor.Szechuan chicken was okay at best. Read more

As a customer the food is good, The cooks are Great, The front counter workers are Professional , Friendly and have a good sense... of Humor. I am a Delivery Driver who was hired to do deliveries for many Restaurants, to include The Wok N Roll. I have donemany Deliveries for the Wok with Great Customer Service, which for me is most important. After providing excellent DeliveryService for several Months and sticking by the Wok during there slow time of year. I was informed that the Wok owner stated toTony who I've been working with, that the Owner of the Wok was going to try out another delivery service. Now said decision todo so had nothing to do with The Service we provided to The Wok in Delivering food on time and treating the Customers with aGood friendly Service Experience. Customer Satisfaction is our Mission as a Delivery Service. In conclusion, my Reason forwriting this is to ask why, Mr Owner of the Wok, Why when I was providing a professional respectful Service for The Wok N Rolland its staff, Providing On Time Deliveries to your Loyale customers who showed how much they appreciated the Drivers based onthere amazing tips. Spent almost $50 here for takeout. For.the price it's not worth it. The food was subpar at best. The general gaos chicken was... very tangy and not as flavorful as I usually get from other places. Vegetarian dumplings were massive and were not pleasant toeat due to the size. The Teriyaki Beef sticks were kind of bland and not that flavorful. I CANNOT say enough good things about this place!!!!! I've ordered delivery and pickup and dined in and ZERO complaints. The... food is ON POINT. They put more shrimp in my house fried rice than ANY other place has EVER put in my SHRIMP fried rice!!! Firsttime I went in I came back a few weeks later and the server remembered EVERYTHING I ordered last time and EXACTLY how I wantedit.. I'm so glad that it's right by my house cause they're definitely one of if not the best places for Chinese food in Nashua..excellent food, excellent service, excellent drinks even the atmosphere is excellent. Delicious food. Clean restaurant. Dine in with full service or take out. Food came out fast, was fresh tasting and... yummy. Service was friendly but he could have been a little bit more attentive. Visited during the grand opening but waited to see if it stayed good. It did. Deserves the 5 stars. Drinks were great, the... server was very attentive and the food was excellent. Sometimes Chinese food can have overpowering sauces, but not here.Everything could be savored, from the sesame in the crispy chicken to the peanuts in the pad thai.
