On Sunday, 5/29/2022, it was 3 pm; my husband went to the store to check if it was open; the door was open, he called me to... come, and all of a sudden, a person with pink hair got out and yelled at us that they are closed and embarrassed us with insult!!! We didn?t do anything; we were just checking if they are open, and we don't believe that it?s our fault they are closed andleft the door open :( will never be back , lack of professionalism. Always a great option for those who are dairy free. This location is always busy. Their team members are always in a great mood,... engaging with customers and they make their drinks on point. Be mindful when placing online orders. Sometimes they get leftbehind in the bustle of business. It took a total of 30 minutes from the time of order to the time I was walking out the doorwith my coffee. Read more
I used to work at this Starbucks. Cleaner than most in the area! The baristas work hard to ensure your order is always accurate... and if it isn't they always make it right. I would recommend this location to others. Read more
Before the August 2022 remodel, the place was amazing. It was inviting and relaxing. I don't think having someone buy a coffee... and then use the wifi for six hours fits their profit model though, so now it's very sterile, with a focus on mobile orders. Ifthat's what they need to do, so be it, but their offerings don't stand out compared to Dunkins and their point of difference wasbeing a third space. At this location at least, I don't think that's the corporate goal. Read more
