On Sunday, 5/29/2022, it was 3 pm; my husband went to the store to check if it was open; the door was open, he called me to... come, and all of a sudden, a person with pink hair got out and yelled at us that they are closed and embarrassed us with insult!!! Before the August 2022 remodel, the place was amazing. It was inviting and relaxing. I don't think having someone buy a coffee... and then use the wifi for six hours fits their profit model though, so now it's very sterile, with a focus on mobile orders. Ifthat's what they need to do, so be it, but their offerings don't stand out compared to Dunkins and their point of difference wasbeing a third space. At this location at least, I don't think that's the corporate goal. Read more
