I went in for breakfast , employee made me feel very unwelcome. No greeting no thank you. No smile. I may as well been buying... used shoes at a yard sale. Felt like I was at a McDonald's in Mexico. Employees all talking in a foreign language. I won't beback. The picture is of there drive thu. I noticed as I was leaving. Gross. Look at that while your in line for your food.... nothanks. Good location clean parking lot employees are pleasant professional and helpful the order was correct it has to be one of the... most efficient fastest McDonald's that I've ever been to in my almost 40 years of life. Customer service was awesome. Food was was fast and fresh. There was no wait even though there was a line at the drive-thru. The... order-taker and the cashier both read my order back to me to make sure I got everything. The employees that I talked to actuallyseemed happy to serve me and the best part of all was the McFlurry machine was up and running even at 9:30pm. Read more
I always come here, today I ordered food on the app for my kids and when I was about to pick it up at the store, the display... didn't show the food I ordered, then I showed them my receipt. They seemed very busy, no one came out to help me, finallysomeone came out to help me, the reply to me was: let me call my bank to cancel the order. This is the solution they offeredme. My daughter was worried when she asked me what happened and why I hadn't gotten her food yet. She said she was veryhungry. I had to reorder again, because I didn't want to waste time for a few bucks, and when I wanted to reconsider orderingagain, one of the people told the cashier that they could give me the order based on my receipt. At this time, half an hour haspassed since I placed the order and received the food. Poor service. Read more
I feel like I'm being pranked but I asked for no pickles on my double cheese burger instead I got a mc double with no... sauce/onions and extra pickles. At least it made me laugh I guess! Edit: I noticed they wrapped it inside out but honestlythat's the least of my concerns. Read more
Normally I like the staff there when I get lunch (the lady with the smiley face earrings is nice) but I just got yelled at for... ?driving over cones? (I didn?t, if I did it wouldn?t be standing up between the two lanes with a clear shot of access to thelane I was in.) in a lane that was improperly blocked off, when I went to the correct lane I didn?t get a response, waited, saidhello, waited again, said hello louder and clearer (but not yelling), waited again, was answered and told to wait, and anothervoice picked up and asked ?if I was just yelling at the drive thru.? So I got scolded twice for no reason other than making amistake I wouldn?t have made if they lane was closed correctly, and politely and patiently trying to order my lunch. Read more
