I miss the original owners. The place has gone downhill in food quality. They used to make the best spinach pizza in town but... not anymore. I ordered one today and it was one of the soggiest pizzas I've ever had and the cheese wasn't fully melted. HoweverI also got wings and they were delicious that's why a 2 star instead of one. The day after I posted this review the ownerreached out to me and made everything right. Now that's an owner who truly cares about his customers and his business. I willreturn and see if it was just a bad night and if they corrected the problem. I will now bump it from a 2 star to a 3-star. Read more

First I will say the foods delicious. But delivery leaves something to be desired. My order tonight arrive an hour and 45 min... after placing it. The pizza was ice cold and part of my order was missing. I will say they refunded the missing portionquickly and the young lady who handled my situation was very nice. Wish I could have checked the food before the delivery guysped off. Im most upset that the food was cold and I dont live far from the store. And after waiting so long for the food toarrive and its not cheap eats ,(even after the refund it cost me 46 bucks not including the 10 dollar tip for the driver,regrets, for two pizzas and an order of jalapeno poppers) to then have to reheat each plate kind of stunk. I used to eat here all the time as a kid. Loved the pizza! The last time I ordered it, the crust was looked great, just as I... remembered. When I pulled out a slice, however, it was so thin and soggy! What an odd appearance for a normal size crust andthe paper thin pizza that was attached. I even said out loud... where's the pizza? Not anything like they use to be. A small pizza was the smallest small I?ve ever seen. It was 1/2 the size of the small box. The... bottom crust was soggy with hardly any cheese that slid off when you picked it up. The sauce was like someone opened up a can oftomatoes and poured excess amounts of sugar in it. It used to be the best pizza in town not anymore way too thin not even close to the same as it was when the woman owned it. That... used to be much thicker more cheese and a cheese pizza along by itself was delicious now it?s thin not as much cheese and veryaverage not impressed at all. We ordered 3 different topping pizzas and onion rings. There were 7 of us sharing the meal. All of us agreed how delicious... everything was. We will definitely be ordering from Kinsley House Of Pizza again!!!! Read more
