The absolute worst dunkin I have ever been to. Not only was the employee sitting on his cellphone when we walked in, but he was... rushing my boyfriend and I. My boyfriend ordered a signature caramel latte and my boyfriend got a cup of milk with whipped creamon it. I asked for a latte with light ice and I guess that means light drink too?? WORST SERVICE EVER, very disrespectful sale associate to including the manager. I walk in the store to three sale ladies... chatting. I wait in line for about ten minutes while they kept running their mouth, and when I asked for service they eachpointed at one another as if they playing a game and the loser get to attend to me. I have ZERO patience for a place that allows an employee to blatantly disregard public health measures during a pandemic. Just... watched an employee disregard the mask order and waltz in and behind the counter. Considering the substantial communitytransmission and increased numbers we are seeing, this behavior is unacceptable. I will gladly drive 3 minutes down the road tothe other location which also has a drive through. Read more
I am a coffee guy. I don't want fancy-chino garbage. Why can I not go in and order a coffee without having to answer a million... questions? So if I say I want a medium coffee I should get a black medium hot coffee. No they give you cream and sugar and don'tlisten to the rest of the order. Read more

Coffee always good. Nothing very exciting about food quality or choices. Jelly donuts never have more than a dab of jelly
