I like this Dunkin because it has plenty of seating. The new one on Main St. in Nashua has only 2 tables!
Horrible. Over the past year it?s gotten worse here at this location. I will never return to this location. Because if they way... it?s setup,they all hang out by the drive thru window and they can?t see the customers up front all waiting in line to beserved. I literally waited there 9 minutes until I just left again. Crazy thing is they will have their back to you trying notto make eye contact on purpose. Just want to say this team is crushing it ! They are always so friendly and make my coffee consistently delicious. Jackson is a... sweetheart, takes his time to be hospitable and thoughtful and it makes my day. Thank you to this crew :) it?s not easy withstaffing shortages and the pandemic. Agree with all of the reviews recently. Extremely rude staff. When asked to remake my coffee with skim milk as ordered they... returned the same coffee to me twice. There is a clear color difference of cream and skim in coffee. They seemed appropriatelystaffed and not busy. Location used to have great service. Read more
Love how by it being so busy I drive to the first window and there's no associate. I see an associate in the second window so I... figure that's the open one. As I'm sitting at the second window this guy working comes over gives me attitude and yells at me,then actually proceeds to ask me to pay for the person behind me's order... That's how we're gonna be?! Read more
The new management is absolutely horrible! Have watched customers stop visiting this store because of the rudeness displayed by... the lead manager! Openly to customers and to her own employee's! Several complaints have been made about this lady. I personallywatched half of the stores best employee's walk after working at this location for years! Terrible thing to see such a greatDunkin Donuts in a good location lose so many regular customers and valuable employees. There are still a few good employee's atthis location so luckily not all is lost. Read more
