Nice, clean Dunks with a busy drive thru. Easier to go inside, but good staff and they get the orders right.
Got my cooked food pretty quick wasn?t y busy. Had to wait 5 min after getting my cooked food for a box of munchkins. All the... girls working there were in the back by the door to the lobby hanging out and talking with a friend that came in. Veryunprofessional when I can clearly see this while waiting in the drive through for what seemed like they were making themunchkins waiting so long. I'm only giving it 2 stars because I understand how it works at Dunkin's. But I was given the wrong coffee when I went through... the drive thru. Then I got the right donut. But the donut was NOT fully cooked. I couldn't eat it. I understand it was busy. Butplease just pay attention to customers and their orders. It takes maybe 5 minutes to get one order fully done. But again Iunderstand how busy it can be. Read more
The kid at the counter deliberately tried to overcharge me for a bagel with cream cheese by charging me for a bagel, and then... charging me for a bagel and cream cheese. I did not give him a hard time since I know he doesn?t get paid enough and probablywas trained to rip people off. $5.89 for a bagel and cream cheese at Dunkin? Nice try buddy.
