Dined in...no one there to greet me. Guy who was outdoors smoking came in employee door and grabbed bathroom door saw me and... entered cashier area. Placed my order still no other employees in sight. No receipt. Poured my drink then 2 employees showed andbegan putting order together wrong and cold . Wrong double burger no lettuce or tomato and not even lukewarm burgers threw itout....jalapeno bites cold solid cheese threw them out onion rings ice cold threw them out chicken fries lukewarm ate 3 threwout. Asked for onion ring sauce when order was bagged not good at Spanish but understood after asking 2x they had none asked forranch I could see them in drive thru sauce holder had to tell him green one. During finding out food cold shared dining roomwith 2 families floor wet dirty tables I hear the F word 3 times and loud and clear both families turned looking at counter butdidn't stop them from continuing their yelling and swearing....so watching that not one item of my food was cooked brought foodback to show them...no one in sight .I dropped all the food into the trash and left. Stopped at a friend's after and he told methis Burger King is the worst and he works for the city....I thought the Milford NH one was bad this one is worse.......and withno receipt I had no vehicle to reach out to franchisee. If your hungry an looking for fast food this ain't the place between ordering an original chicken sandwich medium fries an large... drink took 13 minutes to place order then another 11 to receive it. Now I only have a 30 minute lunch so if you're in a rushthis ain't the place to go. The food wasn't even hot. Read more
this Burger King tasted just like my last Burger King - and that was like 35 Mi away! it's like magic! I think it goes deeper... however.. - Burger King has tapped into the quantum Realm. the theory of quantum entanglement states that two particles can knoweach other's state of being even when separated by feet inches or billions of kilometers across the universe... so it's prettysimple my double cheeseburger was quantamally entangled with another double cheeseburger miles away.. - both of them so veryperfect especially when - .. There was a time that I had Burger King only once a year! I went 9 years without soda! it's a longstory - and you know me I like to usually make short stories long - but this was the time that I chased perfection physicallyFitness wise. now I'm still health conscious but this should actually be a great endorsement if I can do it you can do it - Ieat Burger King once a week anyways it's my cheat day. there's nothing better than a couple double cheeseburgers chocolate shakefrozen Coke! geez talk about working myself up into a munchies situation I think I'm going to go there now! This store is terrible. We ordered number 8 combo, spice crispy chicken burger, it shocked us because it looks totally different... from what it should be in every other burger kings, the fried chicken inside is in weird yellow color instead of red color andit may be not from what they should be, they may replace the authorized supply with some cheap stuff . I wish your companyinvestigate this store immediately to see anything illegal happening here. Read more
I went to this location today to get food for my children and niece. The worker handed me my drinks in a holder and the drinks... were so heavy and the tray flimsy so it broke. I asked for new drinks since mine fell no fault of the workers or mine, and shereplied "did you pay for them?" Which she knew I did because she took my order, and my card then gave it back with no receipt. Iwasn't happy with her attitude but let it go. Upon returning home we discovered a piece of plastic in my sons burger. I calledthe store to inform them of what happened because my son ate the burger and choked on the plastic and started turning blue. Iwas very upset and scared and wanted to make sure BK knew so they could avoid having it happen again. When I called the womanfrom the drive thru picked up and responded "hello" and I said "hi may I please speak to a manager on duty" she hung the phoneup immediately. I called corporate and drove to the location to tell them what happened and ask for a refund. she told me shewas the manager but refused to listen to my concerns and instead blamed me for putting the plastic in the food. She also wouldnot issue a refund for his meal he didn't eat because I didn't have a receipt that SHE NEVER GAVE TO ME. She refused to provideher name so I can give it to corporate when they get in contact with me and threatened to call the police. Please be cautiouswhen eating here and check your food. Management needs to do better and corporate should step in because this is totallyunacceptable. I would rate ZERO stars if I could.i can't believe she accused me of putting plastic in my child's food, thenadmitted she remembered seeing me in the drive thru and hour before but wouldn't give me a refund for a receipt she never gaveme. this place should honestly be shut down. I go to burger king more often than any other fast food establishment. I travel for work 48 weeks a year!! So you can imagine... how often I eat there. I was pretty excited for the new 1$ tacos!! 20 minutes ago I ordered this thing. Look at the pic. Gross!!Not only were the tacos nastier then taco bell, ( I didnt know that was possible) but the food took along time. I turned thecar off!!! So this burger king was the worst of the worst.
