CONCERNS TO THE WEB SITE LISTED AND NO REPLY I GUESS THIS TELLS ME WHY THE SERVICE AND THE FOOD HAVE DEPLETED TO A ONE STARRATING ! I agree service has changed at this Arbys I wanted to try the new RIB sandwich was told they didn?t have the crispyonions that top the sandwich, WHAT ? It?s part of the sandwich! Ok I?ll order the Cheesesteak sandwich with crinkle cutfries Received curly fries a bunch of little dried up hard pieces looked like what was left at the bottom of the bin beforeclosing. At the window I ask to add a strawberry cream pie heard on line they were good Guess What ?. Didn?t have any piesready. Was told 7 to 8 minutes to make me one These workers want a $15 dollar minimum wage. Really ! And the cost of Arbys foodgoes up to meet the pay increase. This location is great, they know what they're doing! Drive thru goes quick, inside too. The food is put together great which is... important, to me, makes it taste better! It's small inside but clean. Read more
the staff here have NO courtesy, and are very slow. they used to be good but have changed recently with service. I just waited... over 15 min in a drive thru with only one other car. you can barely hear the guy on the speaker, and they mumble. the poorgirl at the drive thru window is in a wheelchair and can barely reach to give you your food. My favorite fast food chain, the menu items are good and served very quickly while still being hot. It had a rocky opening and... some change of management but I would definitely recommend trying it out or trying again if you've given up on them before!Being connected to an ice cream parlor is also a nice touch.
