One word to describe Trio: Facade. I have been to trio many times over the years as I am a fellow Rhode Islander. I am not one... to write reviews, however my recent visit has left me with the need to express my feelings. Cutting to the point, cocktails arewatered down with a bland taste (extremely disappointing), food is mediocre with a bland taste, and the service is not great.One would think that Trio's dress code (I understand since they are located across from Narragansett beach) and menu beingon the pricier side would reflect good service/excellent food/good cocktails.however it does not. Went to Trio for our anniversary dinner. It was absolutely wonderful. Missed taking a pic of the mushroom bruschetta because we... devoured it way too fast. The drinks were good, the pork shank was amazing, salmon was really good, creme Brule was perfect. I'mfalling asleep very happy and very full.
