Hateful employee, small special mention for this young woman who cashes. Mcdo should review their recruitment!, Half of the... order was missing, we had to come back 3 times. Waiting 45 minutes while we were the first arrival and no one in the restaurant.Detestable employee! Read more
The drive through lines are long. The dining room is not yet open and the orders are messed up sometimes. Don't drive away... without checking your order. Update the line moved a little faster and the dining room is open for pickup. Read more
Lobby is closed unless you?re here for pickup which is very inconvenient, drive thru takes forever regardless of time of day. I... don?t know if they are short staffed or if management is just that bad that this place is a mess but staff tend to be friendlyand on point. Now, this was a mess. Was in the drive thru for right around 25 mins. 930 at night. Wanted a coffee to get the last hour... home. No coffee. No coffee nothing. Told them to forget it. That is crazy.. at least brew some!! Read more
Drive thru lines are long and the wait time is literally 30 mins to order and 30 mins while you sit in line for your food.... Horrible. I try to avoid this location. The cashier was friendly and nice but other than that no manager on site. Read more
Have gone to this location for years as it?s walking distance from my house. However, more and more times I do, they end up... changing their open and close hours when they feel like it. They state they?re open from 6am-11pm. They?ll be in the building,but refuse to let you in if it?s before 7am and often close by 10pm. I?m finally moving and decided to grab coffee before theday to get me moving and they REFUSED to open the doors at 6:30am stating they were closed. It?s ridiculous.
