I don't have a local Burger King any longer and we rarely went because it wasn't all that great. So I decided to stop and see... how the Nappanee store was and I'm please. I had to wait a little bit, but the food was fresh and hot. The staff was friendlyand apologized for the very short wait. If I was over this way again I would come back. Read more
This is a standard Burger King. Inside seating is currently open. Our food was made wrong the first time, but they quickly... fixed it, which is different from normal Burger Kings I've been to where nothing is quick. This restaurant does feature aplayground area which isn't open currently, but I'm sure is nice when it is open. As for the food, it was standard Burger Kingfood, nothing special. In regards to the parking lot, there seemed to be more than ample parking and the outside seemed wellmaintained. Bathrooms were also as clean or cleaner than I would expect from a fast food restaurant. I'd come here again if weever came back to Nappanee. Read more
This WAS a great Burger King. We enjoy breakfast once in a while there and lunch on Sunday. Lately we have noticed a change in... staff that need more training, and the manager has allowed his restaurant to stay dirty in the dining room and order area. ANDthe bathroom. Hopefully the food area and kitchen are better. The food is still tasty. Today, us seniors were told that thecoffee maker wasn't working and we would get no free coffee. The 3 customers ahead of us did get coffee. Breakfast with outcoffee just isn't the same. ???? Read more
This is a good burger king. Good service and friendly staff. They ask if you need ketchup, napkins or salt which is oddly... enough rare for fast food restaurants these days. The lady who works the first window will hook you up with the ketchup orwhatever you need...they are not stingy. Read more
They were open! Most every place in Nappanee are closed or DoorDash only. They were polite and fast even after I ordered a... fish that they had to fry. Read more
