Had great pizza at this place last year when visiting the area during the same week. Tried ordering pizza on Wednesday 9/7/22... based on posted hours. Phone message stated that if they didn?t pick up they were busy and call back. Decided to drive to thestore and order. After arriving found a note on the door stating they were closed until November 3rd. Need to ensure theyupdate their hours on their phone messages as well as their internet presence to ensure this doesn?t happen. Read more

Quality of the food is wonderful. Honestly, 4-5 stars and the price is worth the quality of food. Quality of the service is... among the worst I?ve ever experienced. Not only did I manage restaurants for over 10 years, I?ve been there 3x in the last 10days (I?m on vacation ????), and the service doesn?t even deserve 1 star. I?m going to assume this is due to the ?GreatResignation? going on right now? and so I?ll leave 3 stars. But truth be told, it wasn?t good service the past few yearseither. Do yourself a favor. Order takeout, don?t sit there. If they tell you ?30 minutes?, show up 30mins later, but expect tostand there for another 3-45 minutes. (Headphones help). If you ARE going to sit there, and you are on a wait list. They?ll askyou to wait outside. But they won?t go out to call your name when it?s your turn. They just skip you when they call your namequietly once. So leave a representative of your group inside. Read more
FANTASTIC pizza. New Haven style done really well, thin pizza with a good crust and delicious options. Went as a group of 8 and... were pretty hungry, and 4 pizzas was the right amount - though 3 probably could've done the trick. 12-slice pizzas, medium sizeslices. Absolutely our favorite pizza joint around. Their "Olive this Pie" olive pizza is mind and taste bud blowing! I'm allergic to... tomatoes and they have many different white pizzas to choose from which is great. The vibe inside is pretty cool too! Lots ofhot wheels and car memorabilia. We are new to what "Wooster Street" style pizza is, but we were assured by a family from NewHaven CT, that the Randy's Wooster Style here in Naples is the best out of any of them!
