Was trapped in line with two people in front of me for about a half an hour because there is no way to escape the drive-thru... once you are in it when I finally got to order they told me to wait a minute then another 5 minutes goes by and they still nevertook my order. Wasted my entire lunch break here. Over 40 minutes and I still never got food. Read more

My husband and I frequented this place often. Found out that after your total is verbalized to you, the actual total is with... the employees adding a tip for themselves. The last time our card was taken $4+ dollars added and when I talked to the?manager? who was a shift leader, he tried to convince me that I placed my card in the machine and added a tip, which wastotally untrue. Got home, didn?t have salad dressing, called and instead of offering anything free, I was supposed to drive 15minutes back to get my dressing. Called the corporate office, spoke to a lady that was giving a full refund. Have yet toreceive it! This has been two months ago. I will never eat at Tropical Smoothie again and I will spread the word! Read more
This Tropical Smoothie Cafe has turned around completely for the better! It?s so clean and nice. We have a place in Lely and... come here all the time. The new owners are great too. They open early and are striving to serve the area as best as they can. Read more
Visited drive-thru today paid with a card and tipped, unfortunately I wasn't able to scan my rewards code but I figured I would... just put in the code from the receipt. Receipt was not offered and by the time I had realized I had already driven away.Smoothie good as always. Read more
