Food and drinks are great. Would have given 5 stars but when I ordered on Uber eats they completely forgot to pack my sandwich.... I only get a 30 minute lunch break at work and I was very disappointed when my order arrived without the sandwich. I don?t knowif this is on the restaurants end or Uber eats. Either way, very frustrating. Food is great tho, love this place and willcontinue to order from here despite this slip up. Read more
This place is always busy and the young folks working are always busting their butts and the people ordering are always so nasty... and rude to these young kids. In case you people with your faces stuck in your phones barking orders at 16 year olds haven'tnoticed, there is a lack of workers, give these kids a break. I give them props for being so young and actually having a job. Read more
Walked in entire place smelled like garbage that?s been sitting. Still ordered food, it came hot and quick, first bite found... hairs in my food. At this point I?m pretty grossed out? came back to return the food to find ants crawling on the walls. Alsonoticed a rag was being used to wipe down the fruit area. Tons of health code violations. This place needs a serious cleaning.Not a good look. Read more
I really enjoy tropical smoothie! But every time I come to this location the customer service is not inviting. I came in today... and didn?t even get acknowledge which led me to leaving without placing an order since no one wanted to take my order????? Iguess???? Also, the kids here don?t change their gloves enough. They?re picking peanut butter soufflés off the floor,scratching their neck with the gloves on! With a open kitchen concept you have to have better sanitation habits. Probably won?tcome back to this location :( Read more

Whenever I go to Miami from to Tampa, I stop at the Naples Golden Gate exit and go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Turns out there... are 2 at this exit. So, when you're heading south on I-75 and turn right, you'll get to this location. (If you go left there isanother one that is newer and directly next door to Publix, so that's convenient. There is a Publix in the next plaza at thislocation. Got it?) I know I'll always get a good smoothie when I come here, but this location smells. Literally smells. It'slike the sewer is backed up...I don't know, but when you sell food the restaurant needs to smell like your food or like nothing.Bathroom was clean and so was the restaurant. However, looks like there was some standing water behind the counter in thekitchen. Read more
I think that the service is terrible! I go there every morning. It is a bunch of kids. They don't smile. They don't greet you.... They make comments about you behind your back. After this morning, I will never go back ever again! They take forever, and theygive terrible service Read more
