Our last visit was 3 years ago but the quality of the food hasn't changed at all. Our booth was clean and comfortable. So much... choice on the menu and every dish sounded delicious! For our appetizer, we ordered the egg roll sampler to share - 6 rolls ofabsolute deliciousness with dips to accompany them. I had the grilled steak tacos which came with rice and beans. The tacoswere just the right size for an individual portion but could easily be shared. They were flavourful and the chipotle sauce onthem was just amazing. My husband had the almond crusted salmon salad which he said was delicious and really filling. To endwe shared a slice of caramel pecan turtle cheesecake which was out of this world. We did buy some extra cheesecake to take homeas we just couldn't eat anymore. Kelly B was our server and she was lovely and smiley. She was attentive but not too much whichmeant we could enjoy our food and chat. Can't wait for our next visit! Read more

I must say over 18 years I have not enjoyed this franchise in ant state I've traveled to. But the Naples location is far gas... impressed me!! Lunch was great on a Saturday. So I took my daughter back from the next day for Sunday brunch. And it was awesome Read more

The service was fast! Got a table in less than 15 mins. Got my food in less than 10mins. The atmosphere is chill yet classy.... Food was good too, had great flavor. And don?t even get me started on the cheesecake ???? I recommend the coconut cream one ???? Read more
I love the chicken madeira. Nice place and friendly people. Last time I had the Factory combo Chicken Madeira and Steak Diane -... my wife had a salad with a grilled salmon and my son a grilled Rib-eye steak. Everything was delicious! Read more
