Jake is is awesome! My fiance picked food up on his way home after a long day of work. When he got home he noticed 2 items were... wrong. So I called. Spoke with Jake and he took the replacement order over the phone. We live close, so I drove back, asked forJake in the drive through, he had the correct order hot, ready and waiting for me despite not having a reciept for the originalorder.
