Wow backwards and forward, it's been a minute since I stopped in at this location @ Davis & Collier Blvd ( Naples ). Excellent... customer service by Misty Shepard who took my order. There was confusion over our do-it-yourself kiosk order, despite our being the only customers in the mid-afternoon. But the food... was prepared correctly (eventually) and the facility was clean and pleasant. Taco Bell in general might think about servingtheir products a tad warmer, as anything not eaten within 2 minutes is cold. Read more

Busy day, needed something quick and easy so went to Taco Bell. Got the combo meal, coz it included a hard shell taco, a... burrito and a drink along with some cinnamon twists, which were the only thing on the menu l did not care for. I thoroughlyenjoyed the track and burrito, which did have beef and beans in it. Both very good. But the cinnamon twists, while crunchy andflavorful, had very hard bits in each bite that I did not like at all. Wish l had changed those to since Cinnabon bites instead.But like l said, I was satisfied with the main parts of the combo, so I'll stop there again. My wife and I stopped for our lunch today at this location. These were caring workers from our observation in the... lobby. Excellent customer service and we could see our food being made was made with care.
