Walked in with a national Subway coupon sheet which is valid everywhere except for Alaska and Hawaii. However restaurant refused... to take coupons said they are for Fort Myers only. Read more
Great customer service and friendly staff but by far the nastiest subway I have ever been in. The bathrooms look like they... haven't been cleaned in a while and while I was in there I had to cover my nose because of how bad it smelled to keep myselffrom vomitting. Very disgusting Read more
Normally I love Subway! I just love sandwiches. It's hard not to please me. And I've been to this location in Naples Park a... bunch of times. They were all good. Until today. Overall, nothing was terrible. It was just not on par for Subway. First, themain reason we were going was for my husband to try the new ciabatta sandwiches. So, first strike, no ciabatta bread, they nohoney wheat bread. Thank goodness they had my favorite herb and cheese bread or we would have been outta there! Second strikewas when my husband asked for the onion to be toasted with his sandwich and was ignored and then given an attitude when he askedagain so that the sandwich wasn't toasted without it. Third strike was maybe more to be blamed on corporate or whomever decidedthat a garlic and herb vinegarette should be called a garlic aioli. Even I know that aioli is a creamy mayo type sauce. Myhusband asked for it and then argued about what they were putting on his sandwich. Anyways, these could all be just a bad day.But it made for a weird experience. got a hair baked into my bread, and they only refunded me the half that had the hair. when you cant even pull it out its baked... in. theres like half in the bread, and the other half our of the bread just floating in the air. it was so disgusting. the guytried arguing with me saying that there are no ladies that work there. Service is extremely fast but it seems that their female team member dislikes her job. She walks off a lot and foesnt even give... you your drink cup before doing so. In the end the gentlemen has to juggle making sandwhiches and finishing orders. He is anasset to the team she is a dead weight. Read more
