I went with my daughter since it was her birthday since she wanted subway for dinner. I ordered a kids meal on the Italian herbs... bread and the employee, Peter, grabbed some bread and cut it. I noticed he didn?t get the right bread so I asked him to pleaseuse the right bread. He then proceeded to tell me he didn?t want to waste bread and if I was ok with the wrong bread. I askedhim to please put it on the right bread and he said it was the right bread, the artisan Italian. I said I asked for the Italianherbs bread and he kept being stubborn about switching breads because he didn?t want to waste bread. I said to him, no sorry Iwanted the Italian herbs. At this point he was just staring at me in the eye defiantly not wanting to acknowledge the mistakeand blaming me for picking the wrong bread. I asked how many Italian breads do you have. He said two. I said look you have twotypes of Italian breads so if I just said I want the Italian bread you should?ve asked which one, I don?t work here, I don?tknow all the different types of breads you have so you should be making sure the customer gets what they?re asking and payingfor. By this time I was feeling uncomfortable so I asked for the manager and he mentioned he was the mgr. I said look I justwant it in the Italian herbs bread, can you please use that bread. He finally agreed, then he would ask what ingredients Iwanted with the sub and after telling him he would ask the same question again. This manager Peter treated me like I was stupidhaving me repeat every ingredient twice. He never apologized for anything instead he would say a smart remark and then walk awayevery time I try to reason with him. Freshest Subway in Naples by far. Would give 5 stars but they always try to give me less portions that any other Subway I've... been to. However, I will keep going back and asking for more toppings because the ingredients are so fresh. Good job towhoever is doing inventory and managing the rotation of food supply. Read more
My friend was super excited about the ?revamp? of Subway.. Pfft!! I used to love Subway!!! Then over the years they have just... run down hill. Nonetheless, I ordered us a couple. Absolutely horrible customer service. The Subway employee was completely rude to me for absolutely no reason. I kept my... composure but she continued to be super rude and throw our sandwiches together. The sandwiches looked absolutely disgusting.Would not recommend this Subway to anybody. Great experience at this Subway. The gentleman making the subs was the only employee at the business and the line was out the... door. He was very friendly, efficient and kept the line moving quickly. As an out of town visitor, I was very impressedwith the professionalism displayed, and how quickly I received my food. I would absolutely go there again based on this singleexperience. Read more
Omg what's the deal with the outrageous prices for subway. Are you kidding me !!! Double the price of the $5 foot long now.
