Today, Sunday, September 25, 2022. I ask for a subway and the employee adds three pieces of lettuce, and when I told him to add... a little more, he looked at me as if I was bothering him. I asked for soda and automatically he told me that there was no ice,and that the soda was not very cold but it was normal. ????????????????????. Would give zero stars, but guess one is the minimum. Was hungry & wanted to grab a quick bite to take home. Store door & website... says closes at 9pm. Showed up at 8:15pm. Door was open, but walked in & employee says that they are closed already. Really?!Closed 45 min before the actual closing time?! I?d hate to be the owner of this place & find out I lost sales because my staffdidn?t want to work their shift. Guy is still there, on the owner?s clock, getting paid, but not working, making sales, &bringing in money. Not sure I?ll care to go to this one again. Five Guy?s got my business instead. Read more
The man who made my sandwich was miserable. He did not smile, greet me or have any sense of pride in his work. The bread he gave... me was the other half of another which was definitely smaller than 6 inches and stale. Overall, not impressed with the serviceor food at this location. Read more
Ordered online and order was all wrong. When i went in there were no people so no excuse to them being busy or plus i worked at... subway before and your supposed to put a hand full of lettuce on a foot long but the just sprinkled it on. I asked for extracucumber since thats all my son eats in his and the literally just put 4 when your supposed to put at least 6 plus they seem oldlike i can litterally bend them and roll them up last i checked no matter how thin your not suppoed to be able to do that soidk whats going on if its a stingy owner oh his people need re training but something has to change i wish i would have readthe review before i even ordered truth be told Read more
The store shows in schedule that close at 9pm on Monday, we arrived at 7:25 Pm, the door was closed and the employee was mapping... the floor , I?ve knocked the door just to ask what is happening, a was smiling and very polite .. I?ve must knocked the door 3times to get his attention and he just saw me like mad ???? and He scolded me saying that if I did not realize that he wasmopping the floor and told me that I must wait until the floor get dry.. lol ????? he was and afroamericano guy , it was MondayNovember 22nd at between 7:20 to 7:35 pm. maybe if he had been nicer I would not have bothered to go and wait. Subways food quality has decreased and its price has increased . Every time I've eaten at subways my food has been terrible... quality . Cold chicken Chewy cold bacon ? Even after they toasted it...also they served stale bread and am very dissapointedwith subway . Not to mention they already give small portion sizes . The customer service is also very poor and most of thetime it's easy to tell they don't like their jobs . Second time going to give it another try since we were disappointed last time. Walked in smelled good got to the counter and it... looked like it was an inconvenience for us to go in and bother the guy. He took forever making my sub it?s as if he didn?t knowwhat he was doing. He ran out of lettuce and took who knows how long getting some more while working on my husbands sandwichother worker took over since his buddy took forever. Then we go to pay husband repeated that we wanted a large drink 3 times butof course the workers conversation was much more important.
