I just had the worst customers experience ever at this location, 4408 Thomasson dr. I consider myself a regular to this Subway,... and as always, when I first come in I use the restroom to wash my hands before ordering. The employee comes to me and tells methat in order to use the restroom, I have to request permission as many people cause a mess there and leave it really dirty. Iwas shocked, then he adds that that's Subway policy. I decided to leave and get service somewhere else. Disappointingexperience. Read more
