They closed early while I was trying to get in for a sandwich, terrible service would not recommend

Horrible customer service ,worst in the city. ladys working over there have a championship to see who can speak more on their... cell phone. they don't have all the menu they should be as subway i' m very sorry to interrupt then when they are talking byphone and have to answer some question I made as a customer. The individual helping me was hard to understand. I repeated myself 3 times to her. I get home and, of course, my order was... wrong. Suggestion to management: if you are having only one person in the store, please be sure they speak relatively goodenglish. Read more

A young slim man working 10/21/18 at 6:45pm was extremely abusive and rude towards me. Refused to give his name and stated... ?you?re an idiot I do not care for your life or kids at all?. The other woman working was shaking her head at him the wholetime. He is an absolute poor representation of the company and I really hope management reconsiders his employment and considershis disrespect towards women as appalling as I do. Read more
Didn't understand me one bit and I'm there almost everyday. When it was time to check out today 8/2/2018 the lady that went to... check us out put our orders in and walked away. We stood there for a solid 5 mins and someone finally came back to do it. Read more
Wanted a philly steak sandwich and lady told me it only comes with what the sandwich has. I told her I?m going to add more... ingredients to it tho, *ignores me (annoyed) then I told her the rest of the ingredients I wanted and she barely put anything init. And then repeats herself that philly steak only comes with onions and green peppers. No lady, I can put more things in mysandwich if I want to!
