The food and service were excellent. The drive through pavement, was not excellent. I think we almost fell into the pothole... at the exit of the drive through ????. We'll go inside next time because the food was stellar good for a fast food burger. Read more
Absolutely loved my banana shake with burger and fries. The restaurant looked really clean. Even though the restaurant was super... busy the service was great. The young weekend night manager Summer really kept that place going smooth even when it was hecticthat I could see. Definitely will be going back to the steak and shake. Was hoping for a positive experience but that didn?t happen. Placed an order and asked for a meat patty on the side no bun.... Received our order, drove away (my bad for not checking the order, I guess) and when it was time for lunch, we received only abun with ketchup on it no meat or anything else. Checked the bag again thinking maybe they put the meat in a separate packageand I missed it, but nope nothing. So sad. Read more
What ever happened to Customer Service? I was in town visiting my daughter in Naples and we decided to grab lunch. When we went... inside I literally saw four employees in the entire restaurant and everything was done by kiosk. One of the kiosks didn?t evenwork so we had to go to another one and then it even had the nerve to ask if I wanted to tip which like a full I chose tothanking our food would be delivered to us or our drink would be given to us but how wrong I was. We literally had to fill upour own drink and they called our number when our food was ready and we had to go pick it up. There was no service includedother than they cooked our food. They didn?t even clean up the table we had to clean our own table off. This is definitely theworst steak and shake I have ever been to. Read more
The restaurant recently reopened after installing some touch screens. You now use them to place the orders. The recept comes... out from the bottom and you wait to pickup your order when your number is called. The food was tasty but the burger pattieswere very thin. Be sure to either order many toppings or get 2 or 3 patties for your meal. Read more
They got a touch screen now to place your orders and taken away yet another job.. limited options to customize your orders. But... still the same good food comes out. Steak ?n Shake was a hero today for me ??????? Shannon the young woman working the drive thur cashier was very respectful and... really nice to me !! I ordered my food drove around and waited patiently while waiting I was having really having a bad daywith work and my health issues well in the car I was having bad cramps and pain all over my body I was just ready to eat and getmy food and go home and relax? well I got to the drive-through window I handed her my credit card and she respectfully andnicely said the systems was down and they?re only taking cash. I told him nicely that I have no cash and I only have cards , shewas so nice enough to tell me don?t worry about it I?ll handle it. You have a great day. Come see us again.
