I'm absolutely amazed how many people would rather sit in the drive thru queue for 15-20 minutes than park and use their legs to... walk into the store. Pro tip: order on the app, park up, collect your coffee in-store, and go. You'll have your coffee in yourhand and be on your way whilst the drive-thru queue will have barely moved 2 or 3 vehicles. Made a last minute pick up order and had my parents pick it up. Order had not gone through yet by the time my parents made it to... the drive through window and AMBER the employee who was working the window at that moment decided to instead of making them waitor go around again, take the order and was extremely nice and sweet but went above basic customer service and gave a rose to mymom while they waited just making her day. Today was a particularly sh*tty day, pardon my language. I spilled my brown sugar shaken espresso all over my car and my brand... new leopard print leather pants. Through the drive thru window, a wonderful shift manager with powerful pink streaked hairpersonally paid me to mop up my spill. It was so wonderful that we?re on for the same time next week! This place is why we don't frequent many Starbucks. They didn't have the ingredients for half the posted menu. What we did order... they got wrong. Snotty service that bordered on rude. Best to avoid this location. Read more
This place is terrible, simply said. This store always has problems whether it?s understaffed, out of products like grande cups,... almost any type of flavors for your coffee, lids, you name it. The app is ALWAYS wrong about stuff being out so you can?t orderwhat you?d like, whoever the GM is really needs to get a handle on things for customers paying considered expensive price forbreakfast and coffee products.
