This location is now what they ridiculously term a "drive-thru forward" concept store. Basically they make more money from... drive-thru transactions, so they've ripped out all (ALL!) of the in-store retail displays and put everything they sell behindthe counter. I was told that "it's easier for the employees to get items for drive-thru customers" when they don't have to walkaround to the customer-facing shelves. Seriously?? So now you walk in and it's a row of 4-5 tables on the right, and just along wall on the left with one register... incredibly crude and cold design, not at all what I expect from Starbucks. So muchfor the warm and welcoming coffee shop concept. It's really too bad, because it's my go-to location and the employees arealways very nice. Read more

I love this location. My latte is always right and most of the baristas are super friendly. They've gotten to know me over the... years and have my order ready before I even walk in the door. Zarah in particular is always amazed by the sheer number of bottlecaps that I can fit in my mouth (35). Read more

The guy that was taking my order was really rude. But the girl handing me the order was super sweet. I ordered three different... drinks and they didn?t have any and it?s barely 11am. Read more

My sister Ann and I visit that Starbucks everyday (2x per day). The staff are awesome and you could not asked for a more... pleasant group of people. They always welcome you with a smile. Hardworking!! Such a pleasure to go to that Starbucks. Keepup the good work. Read more

Very poor experience. Went through the drive through and had to go back through to have my drink remade since they forgot to... include the cold foam. I wouldn?t have gone back through but I did pay extra for the cold foam. Upon arriving at the window thesecond time there was a worker with curly hair that was EXTREMELY rude. She made it very clear that we were inconveniencing her.Overall terrible customer service there. We were very polite about the situation and just wanted the mistake fixed, butunfortunately we had an awful experience. We visited on 7/24/2022 around 5pm Read more

This is the worst Starbucks I?ve been to. Two weeks ago I ordered a grande latte through the app & after waiting 15 mins I got a... tall, when I asked about it, she quickly says no that?s a grande & went on. I went to the Pine Ridge location showed them mycup, they apologized & gave me a grande. Last week, I ordered through the app again then drove there to pick it up. My drink wasready but 2 cold items were not. I asked about my other items and she went to get 1. I waited 10 more minutes so finally askedher about my 3rd item, overnight oats. She ignores me twice then finally decides to go get it. It was just sitting there. Shewas the same girl (Sierra) as the previous encounter. She is lazy and rude. This person should not be customer service. Now Idrive to the Davis location. I rather drive longer than see her. Everyone at this location is super nice & get the order right. Read more
