I love this location. My latte is always right and most of the baristas are super friendly. They've gotten to know me over the... years and have my order ready before I even walk in the door. This location is now what they ridiculously term a "drive-thru forward" concept store. Basically they make more money from... drive-thru transactions, so they've ripped out all (ALL!) of the in-store retail displays and put everything they sell behindthe counter. I was told that "it's easier for the employees to get items for drive-thru customers" when they don't have to walkaround to the customer-facing shelves. Seriously?? So now you walk in and it's a row of 4-5 tables on the right, and just along wall on the left with one register... incredibly crude and cold design, not at all what I expect from Starbucks. So muchfor the warm and welcoming coffee shop concept. It's really too bad, because it's my go-to location and the employees arealways very nice. Read more
