Lived in Cincinnati for 60 yrs and have to have my 5 way!! Food good as expected, but....... They need to clean... house!! Starting with the playful, goof off, flippant, unsanitary, non hair net wearing employees!! Order was tied up socouldn't check it, but I was assured it was all there. Thinking about on the way home, and past experiences there, I pulledover. I had to rip open the bag, and order was incomplete.. Went back, they got it corrected. 3 out of the 5 times I have beenthere it was a shuck and jive Playhouse.. I sat and ate inside once, I couldn't stomach the employees interactions with each other, and their interactions with the customers.. Sad......but love the food!! Read more
Absolutely love this food. I just returned from 6 months in Japan and first restaurant I wanted was Skyline. Great Cincinnati... style food in Naples. Great service and friendly staff. Only complaint is that I didn't see a Harrison Wildcat Football pennant???? Read more
Absolute gas! The lady who waited on us was a top performer and the rest of the staff was fantastic. My girlfriend is lactose... intolerant and gluten free. The staff was more than happy to adjust some of the items in order to work around her dietaryrestrictions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick, delicious meal. First time visiting. A person recommended and had me all hyped up. Had a chicken bacon ranch wrap and was disappointed. Looked... like a 5 year old wrapped it n didn't get my cheese the most important thing on a wrap. Customer services was nice but now thatI think about makes me wonder. I ended up going to Chipotle. I head a lot about this place and decided to try it after seeing a Groupon. However, it was a disappointment. First, I had to... rush there because they close super early on Saturday. Second, the hot dogs were very small with mostly cheese. Then, I got thepotato with chili but it was blend and not much chili on top at all. We were not impressed with the food. This is the smallest Skyline I've ever been to but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. However this place is in desperate need... of a deep cleaning! The dust is so thick on parts of the ceiling fans it looks like fur, and the over all appearance of theinterior is warn out. Food was good and staff were very nice. Won't be back until they clean. Great lunch at Skyline. Chili is always a good choice and the many ways you can enjoy it at Skyline seems endless. Super... staff. Quick, excellent service. Trust me, you will enjoy your meal at Skyline. Seems a bit retro which is wonderful. Thankyou for serving Naples great chili. Read more
Could have used spaghetti without so much water and a little more of the meat sauce. Flavor was there for a few bites but not... all the way thru. Read more
