My family and I went here during our trip to Florida, and the food was phenomenal. I ordered the lobster bucatini, which is a... pasta dish that will never be topped by any other restaurant. However, the service wasn’t as good as the food. We waited foraround 25 minutes just to get our order heard, and we came at around 5:30 when it wasn’t very busy. Once finally got to order, our meals came and the appetizer, fried calamari, didn’t even come to our table. A woman came up to us claiming she was themanager and apologized for the inconvenience, and said “dessert was on the house”. Once we ordered the dessert, she onlyaccounted for one dessert. We were very disappointed by the service and the fact that dessert wasn’t fully on the house. Read more

I thought I tried all the best Italian restaurants in Naples... Then friends told me about Pazzo and I'm glad I tried it! My new... favorite Italian in Naples! Everything was just excellent. Every plate that came out of the kitchen looked perfect. All of ourappetizers, Caesar salads and entrees were prepared beautifully and tasted better than they looked. We sat at the bar where theservice was perfect. We'll be back often. Read more

Beautiful atmosphere and an excellent dining experience! We started with the Margaritas which were great, the FRESH RICOTTA... WHITE TRUFFLE bread which was amazing (and a meal unto itself) and the ANTIPASTI which was perfect. We also had the BUTTERNUTSQUASH RAVIOLI which I have to say was excellent and is a MUST TRY! Our server Jonathan was very pleasant and never made us feelrushed and he brought everything out at the perfect times. For dinner my wife had the CHICKEN PARMESANO which was great and Ihad the SPAGHETTI ALLA CHITARRA which I absolutely loved! I usually get something with a bit more "Pizzazz" but I was in themood for the meatballs and sausage. I have to say, it was excellent. We will definitely be back! Read more

Have you been here? If not, you should go. If you've been, plan another visit. Went on a Friday night (April 14th) at like... 630PM and got a seat at the bar, no problem. A spicy, sweet margarita and a plate of pasta Alla chitarra, served promptly andfreshly made. Excellent service, excellent food, excellent ambiance. House made pasta, fresh sauces, excellent meatballs andhouse made Italian sausage. Pazzo's is terrific. Read more

What a wonderful experience. The service was amazing. The waiter was very knowledgeable and friendly. All of our orders came out... at an impressive speed. And the food was exquisite. Not only could we tell it's as homemade as waiter advised, but after ourmeal we had a reminiscent sensation of feeling satisfied, full but not bloated, due to the quality of ingredients that my wifeand I had only experienced while we traveled around Italy. I'd definitely go again and definitely will recommend Read more

5 star hands down. I had the chicken parm and the chicken was so rich, flavorful, fluffy yet crunchy. The pasta was also very... creamy. My party reported similar excellent reviews of the butternut squash and the limited veal parm. Garlic lover?Get….the….garlic bread. Service was also good! Read more
