Horrible! This PapaJohns customer service is terrible!!! I called to put my order in for delivery and the person on the phone... wasn't speaking clear at all and wouldn't listen to me. I told him I placed an order, he said yes and then he told me by thetime it would be ready they would be closed. As I was asking him a second question, he hung up on me!!!! What!!! Horrible! ThisPapaJohns owes me a Free pizza because I placed my order in on the phone and was tranferred to this rude person who didn't letme finish talking with them and just hung up on me. That's disgusting. You need to hire new staff and treat customers withRESPECT, because it's US who help keep your business going. On Friday, July 22nd I placed an order at store #3543 (1249 Airport-Pulling Rd S, Naples, FL 34104). The wait time was unusually... long, but that isn't the issue. My younger sister and I went inside to pick up our order. We waited nearly an hour. Again notthe issue, but goes to show just how much we witnessed based on the amount of time we were inside the establishment. The "man"who later identified himself to another customer as the manager, earlier called himself "Trevor" during a phone call. During ourwait what we witnessed was absolutely horrendous, to say the least. Trevor, ridiculed, patronized, degraded, belittled, andcussed at the ONLY employee (Lucy) that came to work that day (another was late and didn't bother to call/we overheard the phonecall, twice). All of his remarks and insults were overheard by myself, my sister, and several other customers coming in to pickup orders. Trevor viciously turned away a customer who was picking up a couple of orders. His tone and demeanor towards nearlyeveryone who came into the store was disgusting. I myself am not a person of color and felt that he was being rude and nasty toeveryone that was. The only customers he was remotely pleasant with was myself and another lady who was there before I arrivedwho was also not a person of color. Everyone else who walked in was of color, including Lucy. To both of us, he apologizedseveral times for the wait and begin to blame Lucy for my order taking so long when he handed it to me. Unable to bite my tongueany longer I stated to Trevor that I was not the one he should apologize to, but in fact, he should be apologizing to Lucy, towhom he was beyond disrespectful to in front of so many customers myself included. Took an hour+ for delivery, can hardly find the toppings, barely any sauce, ice cold. If you order from here, get it uncooked. ... You're going to have to cook it anyways so maybe it won't take so long to get delivered. The worst papa John's I have ever had Read more

Ordered a pizza with extra sauce, I didn?t get it so I called and said the pizza I ordered was wrong. The lady I talk to said... she made it and it wasn?t, so I told here they could come get it to check, she says ok and hangs up on my. I called back andtalk to the manager and he offered to replace the pizza but I didn?t want her making my pizza again and ask for a refund.Manager was ok to talk to but other staff is clearly unprofessional and does not care about their job or the customer.
