Horrible experience today,7/22/22 @ 7.45am in this place. Arrived at cashier, can't hardly understand her English, ordered bagel... with cream cheese and some preserves or jelly, strawberry and she tells me they don't have it. I went to pick up bagel and askedfor strawberry preserves or jelly and it was given to me. I went to cashier and showed her they do have it and she got upset. Itold manager employee had bad attitude and manager told me not to worry about it! I called corporate and filed complaint onboth! Terrible place to have a meal,lousy , unprofessional people employed. I ordered chipotle chicken without chicken and this what they gave me. It's not that you get discount for not having meat. At... least have some sense to add rest of the ingredient in a right way. What a bad service. Read more
I usually love Panera...yesterday I ordered a Pick Two. The onion soup was very tasty, but not hot enough. The 1/2 sandwich had... a huge chunk of rotten avocado on it...a real turn off. I removed it and showed it to the manager. She said she was sorry.Considering the price of lunch these days, one should NEVER find rotten produce on your sandwich. Read more

Such a shame I usually love Panera although this location is disgusting. Two weeks ago my soup through the drive through had a... hair in it. When I brought it to their attention they just gave me another nasty soup. Today I try again and there is a dead flystuck to my bread. Never again. Read more

Horrible customer service! I was denied a coffee when I clearly showed them my membership status on my phone. The manager came... out and rudely as her previous person, denied me having a membership for the sip club. They will be loosing all my businesspersonal and marketing that I?ve been giving them for years. I?m cancelling my membership and contacting my credit card company,but above all, the manager needs training!! That?s no way to deal with a customer that shows you proof. Read more
