We love other Napoli locations. This location however sucked. We arrived 1 hour before close. We called ahead so the pizza would... be ready when we arrived so we could get out quickly and not hold up staff wanting to go home. When we arrived, we were told wecould not sit inside and eat our pizza because they were getting ready to leave. Mind you, it was exactly 1 hour before closeand they only have 2 small tables and 8 chairs total , 400sq feet! I was then handed a box of pizza and told me and the kidscould go eat outside. I have never been treated this horribly. We sat outside and attempted to eat the pizza. I had to go backin and ask for plates and a spatula. I was reluctantly given one with the condition that I bring them back in asap. I will nevergo back to this location. I hope Telni, the owner, handles this. Thank you. Read more
Not sure how on earth this pizza isn?t more highly rated. We got some via Uber eats and it is my new favorite in Naples. Delish!
Ordered delivery and gave them 2 hours heads up. Called after 30 minutes late and they said it would arrive in 15 minutes. ... Waited 20 minutes and called again. Now they say 10 more minutes. Still not here. 3 hours after ordering and 1 hour afterthey promised delivery. Still a no show. Read more

My delivery order never arrived. Waited over 2 hours and called the store 3 times. When it didn't arrive they kept my $45 and... said I need to cancel through the app, for which there is no option since the store uses their own delivery drivers. Would NEVERtry to order from Napoli again. Read more

Went into for a couple slices, 3:30 on a Sat afternoon, As I was going in a guy coming out said "Good Luck". Had no idea what he... meant. Well, went in said I want 2 slices and drink, the order person said wait a minute, went to 4 different folks askingsomething, after 10 minutes and I mean 10 minutes, e is still waking around with no answer, I said forget it, there was not asingle customer in the store. This is what the owner gets for putting a bunch of young lazy kids in there running a store. Theowner needs to hire an adult, that speaks English, and has a work ethic. Well! I am from Philly and we have the best cheese steaks in the world. In Florida at Napoli the worst,chipped beef tiny 15.00... cheese steak.
