This has always been one of my favorite pizza places. But today I was really disappointed. I ordered pizza for dinner, and my... kids knowing it’s from Napoli were excited. But it never arrived. I called the restaurant several times and nothing. When Ifinally looked up the phone number to double check, I realized they had closed already. So they accepted my order, was supposedto be delivered by 845, never got delivered, and closed by 9pm. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Read more

I don't expect reheated slices to be the best but I do expect them not to taste like I'm lacking a charred grill. Pretty bland.

I was surprised at the reviews for this location. I dined in a couple months ago and then carried out today and both times had... a great experience. Really good pizza and my order was correct and ready on time for pickup. I was also pleased with the verypleasant lady that helped me for both orders. It’s worth giving this place a try and making your own judgment. Read more

I ordered from here and the delivery took 1 hour and they were only located 2 miles away. When it arrived the pizza was squished... in the box and a lot of the cheese was stuck to the top of the box. There was barely any sauce on the pizza and it was poortasting. Read more

They didn't know how to make a Margarita Pizza even though the ingredients were right on their menu. At least 5 of their... employees argued with me that I didn't know what I was talking about. I showed each of them their menu but the teens behind thecounter were still rude. Finally the manager agreed to make a new pizza. He brought it out personally and with the translationservices of one of the most belligerent teens, apologized for the attitude of the staff and gave me the ruined pizza at nocharge. I've lowered my rating from three stars to one star because the owner just responded to this review and suggested that Ipretended to be disappointed so I could manipulate them into giving me a free pizza! His snide remark (which you can read foryourself in his review) was - "Maybe you just wanted a free pizza.". Then to make it even worse - he thanks me for giving himbusiness. What kind of business owner snaps back at a customer and accuses him of being a con artist ripping him for a freepizza? I've been going to the original Napoli on the Bay @ Crayton Cove for 23 years and to the East Naples location since itopened. I took my kids there to celebrate their birthdays every year. We'd put candles on the pizza pie, and follow it up withice cream from their shop and stroll on the Naples City Docks. Napoli by the Bay was part of our family tradition. The originalfounder knew us and we felt like a part of the Napoli on the Bay family. I raved about his establishment and referred dozens ofcustomers to his modest pizza shop year after year. I never had a problem. In fact, I'm sure he'd roll over in his grave if heknew what kind of inexperienced, hostile employees were being hired or if he knew how the new owner was publicly accusing loyalcustomers of deceit and insisting that pizza sauce belongs on Margarita pizza instead of tomatoes, even though it is spelled outclearly in their menu and by various 3rd party sources. Margarita Pizza is my wife's preference, and Na Read more
