Food was great, service in drive through was fast besides the fact that they did not have my extra chicken Patty ready when I... got to the window. No worries I said when they asked me to pull to the side spot 1. This has happened before and it's no bigdeal however, this time I was waiting there for over 10 mins! I had already waited in line so this irritated me. I love this McDonalds because it's like my favorite game - roulette. Sometimes I get my order, sometimes I get someone else's.... Sometimes it's a combination of both. If the food is worth more than I paid, I win. If I get a smaller order, less valuableorder, I lose. Great place for gamblers. Bad place for people who like ordering something and then getting that thing. Read more
The food and service here is consistently terrible. Luke warm to cold food and young attendants goofing off behind the counter.... They hand you your food without saying a word with a blank stare. The last time I was there on March 20, 2022 the Hispanic guywiped his nose with his bare hands before handing me my bag of food. Disgusting. I've gone multiple times in three last fewyears to see if the food and service would improve but it hasn't. This will be my last visit. I don't think I can in good conscience give any McDonald's a 5 star rating, but this is one I frequent the most and it's not... just because it's the one closest to me. Food always tastes good (for McDonald's standards), but staff it's hit-or-miss.Sometimes they're kind and other times they're... not. But again, not exactly expecting much out of McDonald's. How was McDonald's? Today and yesterday I had very bad experiences. I have a all latte every day with an extra shot of... espresso. Yesterday and today it took twenty minutes to make an undrinkable cup of coffee..... Why do they assume you want sugaror want it cold? Why when the machine breaks half way through do they not strat from fresh? They have too many trainees workinghere and too many people who wrongly believe that they can multitask. Read more
I can understand supply chain issues but I absolutely hate it when I order a happy meal and no toy is available or out of stock.... If that is the case please inform your customers during the order so they have a chance to decide if they wish to buy a happymeal with nothing happy in it. And to top it off a note left saying"valid for a happy meal toy at this store only". I live anhour away I won't be back before new management takes over and no longer honors the tiny printed note. Had the employeementioned are you okay with not getting a toy I could've had a chance to say actually no and leave. Read more
