We ordered a Large fry and a mcflurry. The fries were hot and fresh, but no salt and the large container barely had any fries. I... have worked in restaurants and understand food cost, but $3.50 for french fries is already ridiculous as they cost almostnothing. They can at least fill the container. The Mcflurry was not full either. My guess is there is a very strict manager thatcares more about a quarterly bonus than taking care of the customer. 15 cents in food cost would have been the differencebetween 1 star and 5. Read more
FRUSTRATING, McDonalds wants us to use the kiosk apparently to reduce staffing. I used the kiosk to speed my purchase only to... find out it wasn't accepting payments. I had to wait in line for the one person at the register with the others who were smartenough to skip the kiosk. After waiting an ungodly amount of time I realized my order doesn't show up on their order statusboard until you pay. Recommendation: skip the kiosk to save time until more time is spent keeping their kiosks functioningproperly. It appears kiosk issues are common. Read more

The McDonald's on Davis and collier is horrible. FIRST of all right when they greet you they are rude as can be pretty much... saying what do you want and hurry up!!Instead of making you feel welcome and happy to serve you you feel like your botheringthem and go away. Every SINGLE time without fail the order is wrong either missing food or has the wrong food sometimes theyjust give u the wrong order and doesn't even seem like they care. They look at me like I'm wrong for wanting my right order. THEonly reason I go here cause it is the only McDonald's in the area. DO yourself a favor and go to Wendy's if their open thisplace is the worst hands down!!! Read more
Probably one of the worst McDonald's I've been to I get its a fast food place but the night crew literally dont know how to do... their job or talk to customers. Never have issues with day crew usually. If you come after 5-6pm just don't it isnt worth it Read more
This is truly the worst fast food joint I've ever had the displeasure to experience, sadly on multiple occasions. As other... reviews have mentioned, they never salt their fries. They taste like stale cardboard. That's if you can even get your fries, oryour burgers, or sauces. Always check your bag here because it is routine to just not give you things you paid for. Theemployees can only be high-school drop outs, because I don't know how anyone this young can be working so late. Though workingisn't the right word. I waited 13 minutes at the drive through order menu JUST To see if anyone would eventually answer me, andthey did not - so I drove around to the first window and there was no employee is sight, yet slightly further up I witnessedthem all huddled at the counter joking around and climbing over each other. Quite the sight indeed. Won't ever be going back -and I hope I can spare others their hard earned money and time. Avoid this place like the plague. Read more
