I visited Le Indya for the first time last night. I took the waiters suggestion and had the lamb and the house red wine. I was... very impressed with how delicious it was. It was tender and so flavorful. The wine perfectly blended with the meal. My degree isin culinary arts. The way the dish was described by the host was magnificent. My family and I went here for the first time tonight and it did not disappoint at all. The ambiance was amazing and the service... was impeccable. The waiters were knowledge about the dishes and they were constantly making sure that everything was okay at thetable. The naan bread was the best I’ve ever had from an Indian restaurant. It was so buttery and flaky with just the rightamount of chew and flavor. The lamb madras, lamb rogan josh, tandoori chicken, and lamb neelagiri korma were outstanding dishesand we were all so happy with our choices. The chef came to our table and spoke to us about the dishes, made sure we weresatisfied, and we even spoke a bit about the cuisine and culture. He is the nicest and most humble man I’ve ever met. If Icould give this restaurant a 10 star review and 3 Michelin stars, I absolutely would. We will be coming here more often for aslong as we’re around. We left there with full, happy bellies without feeling weighed down by grease. All of the food was solight and grease-free. Everyone should make this restaurant their go-to spot for lunch and dinner! Really enjoyed Le Indya, the food was excellent! Big portions and great flavours. We tried Butter Chicken, Lamb Vindaloo,... Chilli Chicken, Yellow Daal Fry, Lamb Rogan Gosh, Regular and Garlic Naan. All entrees come with white rice. Definitely goingback, highly recommended! Read more
