I ordered online and have placed orders before and there always seems to be something missing or wrong. This time, I requested... the sandwich to be cut in half and it was not. I also requested Salt/Vin chips and got BBQ, which I hate. Last time I orderedand requested napkins, I got no straw or napkins. Fast is great, but fast and WRONG is not. For an $18 sandwich meal, I expectsomeone to actually pay attention to what I ordered and if you can't fulfill the order as it was originally ordered, then a textor call would be nice. Read more
I visit the drive thru 1-2 times per week. My order is always fulfilled correctly, quickly, and friendly.
So far so good, never had a JJ sandwich until recent time. Quick service, clean tables, quality sandwich!
