Sub in hand before debit card process is finalized, what can I say - it's a JJs!
I am not a person who does good/bad reviews but today I had such a bad one. I had a terrible experience today with my delivery... order today. I originally ordered for Delivery and I had a credit on my account so I called to get that fixed and was on thephone with the manager(forgot her name) for a while trying to fix that amount of order. She had told me one thing and thenanother was not very clear with me. Then I finally had it taken care of then I was on Lunch for my job the entire time I was onthe phone which I should of had it deliver by then. So I asked if I could go pick up and she said no because she had to re dothe sale again not giving me an option. All I wanted is to get my food quick for my lunch and make it easier on them. I had sucha bad experience that i decided not to tip today when the delivery driver finally delivered my food he complained about no tipand was very rude to me screamed across the office that I work at, in front of patients. He said that "If I don't tip I shouldjust go pick it up myself" I notified him that I did offer to pick up but I was told no. This experience is the worst I ever hadwith this business. Our office orders here all the time. I personally will not be ever ordering here (this location) ever again.I was also denied a refund for my order after I called back and told the manager the situation. We ordered sandwiches for the family. When we received the sandwiches from the delivery guy we noticed instantly that the bread... was all moldy. We took pictures and called the manager. They said that it?s not possible that the bread is moldy. We sent hima text of the pictures and he still has not refunded us our money. Read more
Fresh bread, qualify ingredients, good sandwich place,WAY Better than Subway for a similar price.
We have ordered plenty from here. This is also not the first time this has happened to us. So I feel it's time to review. This... is actually the 4th time we have ordered for delivery and never received our food. We live only 5 mins driving away fromestablishment. 1 mile away. When tracker says eat I know they didn't come. They did text and we did answer the text. No calls. Icalled store. The person said he was my delivery guy abd he did call me multiple times and no one called back. Neveracknowledged that he texted and we did answer his question. He then said he would send it abd hung up on me. When a personfinally arrived. He would not speak. I said hi when answering door he glared at me. I took the box typically they ask me if theycan keep it. I said thank you to him. He glared at me and rolled his eyes and walked away. No speaking. I spent over $50 with atip to be treated like a waste of their time, to be lied on, and to not be spoken to when finally coming. The last time themanager fixed it by refunding my money and sending it again for free. That was 3rd time it had happened. This time I, the payingcustomer who tipped said driver, got treated horribly. Since we have only eatten at a Jimmy John's a few times I am not very familiar with the menu. The young man taking orders,... Fredo, was so kind, and patient with me, helping me figure out what to put on my sandwhich. His brother, Anthony, who was justas patient, made the delicious sandwich while Jenny, the Supervisor, wrapped them. During our visit there was a bit of a lulland Fredo stepped away from the counter to get something to drink. Someone walked in and he immediately stopped what he wasdoing returning to the register to take the order! I also noticed Anthony cleaning areas when there was 'downtime'. When I wasworking I taught Customer service/guest relations. Hands down these employees were THE BEST example of team work and excellentcustomer service! Hats off to them!!! Read more
Always great food but last 2 delivery orders have taken 20-30 minutes before they even make the sandwich! So long that we have... to call to ask if they are making it and they say - yeah we have been busy... Need new management or someone that cares todeliver on their tagline. We can order pizza or any other entree faster than this Jimmy Johns location and that is messed up. Read more
The bread was over cooked and crunchy and the soda from the dispenser tasted like co2 and funky . The lobby was dirty . Horrible... experience at this location . Read more
