Nice, clean, good sandwich & the guys were polite, pleasant, professional, sang well & seemed happy.
Ordered a scheduled delivery for noon. One sandwich and chips and a drink. Very simple order. The delivery was about 45 minutes... late and on top of that the order was completely wrong. I called the store and the manager told me they would refund my orderand bring me the correct sandwich. Another 30 minutes go by and I still don?t have my food. I called again and this time adifferent store manager answered and had no idea about my order. I did end up finally getting the correct sandwich two hourslater! But what a horrible experience for it being my first time eating from Jimmy John?s. I will never order from this placeagain but I think the staff wants to turn customers away. So good job staff! Redhead lady at the counter is real fast to crack jokes but really bad at getting orders right. Been going to this location for... years. Even worked near by and ordered on the daily. But after this experience of receiving our orders completely wrong and yourstaff making our experience very awkward with their jokes we will never come back to this location. In fact Jersey Mike?s acrossthe street from us maybe a better place for us to spend our money. Read more
