I just had a absolutely wonderful experience in this Jersey Mike's location today. I did a carry out order over the phone and... Camilla did a very very nice job of communicating with me as to when my order was going to be ready for pickup and making surethat I got exactly what I wanted on my sandwich. Upon arrival Darren was waiting there with my sandwich with a smile on his facehe insured that the accuracy of my order was correct and made sure that everything was right before I left the store, he had alot of orders going but still he did a very good job. Both Aaron and Camillas customer service skills were impeccable and theircommunication was phenomenal I really appreciate all your guys help tonight thank you and the food quality was amazing asalways! First of all, what exceptional service! The entire team was incredibly friendly and helpful; however, Darren won us over with... his great smile and wonderful personality. As for food, the Super Sub was absolutely delicious! I didn't realize I wanted (orneeded) this sub until I had devoured my portion of the Giant sized sub. The Giant size with chips and drink was a perfect sizemeal for my husband and I. Also, we order the Crushed Pepper Relish (CPR), and it was such a tasty add on. I love Jersey Mike's and this one didn't disappoint..the subs were fresh and tasted great..the service was fast and... efficient..with friendly service to boot "..I'd recommend checking them out and definitely recommend getting a online account,for it is a bit pricy but for the quality and taste well worth the cost . Excellent food. The turkey sandwich is made well, tastes great, and very good options for items to add on to your sandwich.
We generally love Jersey Mike?s however this location absolutely made the perfect sub. Everyone was super nice and a pleasure... to deal with however the guy that actually built our sub had the most insane attention to detail. He picked out whatever hotpeppers had stems and placed everything so nicely together. If ever a sub could be considered a work of art- I had one today. Amazing food and great people! Read more
Bread was way too soggy and it would crumble like week old bread. Gave them 1 star because meat was decent.
Great service, extremely clean, and a perfect sandwich at this new location! 11/10 would recommend the tuna salad sub (don't... forget to get it Mike's Way and then add pickles - so good, haha????!) So happy this store opened for us Naples folks! Read more
