They cram my 2 scoops of sorbet into a tiny kiddie cup. The top scoop is hanging over the side & ready to fall out. I ask for a... larger more appropriate sized cup but the girl flat out refused to accommodate me for reasons only she understood. She clearlydoesn?t like her job and has zero customer service skills. But this is the new normal in Naples because small shops can?t findor train decent help nowadays. Also, my wife?s banana split had fruit that was frozen solid - not fresh like previous visits. It was 11:30am today when I tried to enter this store but the doors were locked. Your store says it opens at 11am, so I thought... oh maybe they just forgot to unlock the doors. There was a girl inside, so I knocked on the glass and pointed on the door. Thegirl just looked at me and turned around. I then decided to go someplace else. When I was leaving, I passed by this storeagain, and the only worker was sitting outside with her head on the table, talking on the phone. The two girls working today were very rude today. The girl with the long hair was talking to her boyfriend at the counter. She... then rushed me through my order, and other than that, didn't say a word. She didn't even ask my name or say when my drink wasready. Neither of the girls greeted us when we walked in, but seem to glare at us as though we shouldn't enter. Neither girlasked if we wanted a receipt. We were the only customers in there too! I just walked in with my mom and the first girl that came out to help was not friendly at all. She did not seem to want to... answer questions. She was blunt and rude with her answers. Pretty sure the guy that was in there when we got in got free icecream because he knew the girl working. I am tired of walking into ice cream stores and having rude or just not friendlycustomer service. I would appreciate some friendliness when I spend a decent amount on the ice cream, which allows the workerswith a job. Read more
Best ice cream and great service. Went last Sunday and there was just one girl helping people with flavor questions, serving,... charging them and answering phones. Even with all that she was sweet & nice! Thank you :) Read more
The dipped waffles are almost more glorious than the ice cream itself. For a proper sugar bomb opt for the cookie sandwich.
I'm simple shot of espresso, vanilla ice cream. Don't need much else but they do it very very well.
