I came to this place after eating at one of their restaurant in fort myers.Not much variety to choose?lots of seats, but too... less food to choose, and the decor is very old, Properly their restaurant has been open for more than ten years?The environmentis very clean,I hope they can have more choices like the location in fort myers.only good thing is that the service is verygood? Well we're not from Naples but we traveled here with my family before my son went back to school and I think a 3.4 rating is not... fit for this restaurant. I seen a couple people say there was a odor when you first come in and it was but it wasn't to thepoint that you would turn back and didn't go in. The place was huge with a assorted selection of food and they we're bringingout fresh food every time we turnt around. The place was clean the waitresses was making sure to wipe down each table beforeother customers we're seated. They could have paid more attention to the restrooms making sure the floors we're cleaned ofanything and the stales was also kept up because it was alot of people going in and out. Health Code and Safety Warning: I went with my girlfriend to Grand Buffet for lunch today. We each got a normal size plate of... food a verity. When we got back to the table less than two minutes from getting the items food wasn't even room temperature. When we told the manager he refused to believe it so he took his unsanatized thermometer after requesting it to be done and wasproven that several items where barely 125 degrees. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL GET SICK. Read more
Don't waste your time or money!!! There were No Crab Legs or an elaborate Sushi spread as advertised, which was the only reason... we went to dine there. Their food definitely was not worth $18 a plate. They automatically charged us a 12% gratuity fee, whenthey only thing they do is serve you water. We serve our own food and gratuity is something that is earned. They even wantedto charge us extra for our leftovers. Take my advice and go eat elsewhere!!! Read more
I ate here twice. I really enjoyed the food. I'd go back. Good selection of the "normal" Chinese restaurant food. Staff was... friendly. Place was clean.
