I ended up not ordering anything. Although the quality of their food is probably good I just can't justify spending $10.00 for a... basic burger. It's just not worth it to me. At those prices I fear they won't be around much longer. Read more

I have had many issues at this location, including 2 formal complaints, ranging from poor food quality, incorrect orders, to... rude staff. The first time they made it right, the second time they made it half right. Very disappointed with how it was dealtwith. Usually management goes above and beyond to make it right, but this management team only does the bare minimum. My familywent from not planning on eating at this location only to now avoiding Five Guys all together, which is a shame because theyhave a great product when done right. Read more
Today my wife mistakenly ordered from the wrong location. She ordered a pretty big size dinner for the two of us and was... intended for radio Road however she sent it to Pine Ridge after talking to the managers not only did I not have an issue withgetting my order transferred to the other location but when I got to the radio Road location the manager Eli was completelyoutstanding, amazing, and wonderful as well as all the employees.
