I ordered delivery .. ordered a gluten free turkey sub .. they didn't have the bread .. so they sent it with a hand full of... turkey in a box with olives and peppers (which wasn't correct either) I paid almost 16 dollars for a hand full of turkey. Icalled the store they said sorry not our problem call Uber for a refund. Call Uber and they say they had nothing to do withthat.they shouldn't have sent it and gave a refund . Firehouse subs shouldn't have sent it either way and they told not thereproblem. Will never order or go to firehouse again..to the owner. You should get some people that care around there. ..look atthe pic .. does that look like 16 bucks? Read more

Good subs, convenient location. Staff was friendly. Inside and outside seating. Prices are getting a bit out of line but... food is still good. Read more

You should receive.... what you order, for $12.00 , a large or 12" thats not too much to ask for ..... We ordered a 12"... today (4/22/22) with onions split in 2. We got an overloaded salad soggy sandwich with one half with no meat cut 3 ways.. A pretty simple/standard request. Sandwich shops here need some stern competition ... like a good Jewish deli or aLenny's or whatever. Do yourself a favor if you appreciate good sandwiches, Go around the corner to Publix, great bread, consistent every time ... reasonably priced ($8) Read more

Def a decent spot for a quick sandwich. I prefer this place over Jimmy John's and Subway any day of the week. However I would... take Jersey Mike's over firehouse. It's a sandwich chain, all their sandwiches are served hot (warm, not spicy). If you'relooking for a more northeastern (NY, NJ, CT) style sub, go to Stan's Subs in Bonita off of Old 41. Also for a more uniquesandwich, try Slicers off of Livingston and Pine Ridge in Naples. Again, this is a "fast food" style sandwich shop. Quality isdecent, staff is friendly, place is busy for lunch. I enjoy their meatball hoagie. Read more

I had very horrible service today. Two male workers was extremely rude to me. I requested sliced bread for my sandwich.... Instantly one male worker rolled his eyes and the other one snapped at me " we only have 2 kinds of bread only we don't havesliced"! So I told them I don't want anything. When I turned to leave what did I see the bread that they did not have. WOW!!! Itook a picture and left. I love Firehouse and I frequent them a lot in different places but today's service was the worst I'veever dealt with! If they were having a bad day it shouldn't have been taken out on me. Thanks to them I had no lunch only anger. The sad part the one that rolled his eyes made my sandwich with sliced bread before. I hope they don't treat everyone likethis. C Stone Read more
