Very nice encounter with the lady that seemed to run this place. She even brewed a last minute batch of the great... vanilla-hazelnut coffee just for us before closing down. We came back next day before heading south on our road trip. Einsteinis always a great start in the day. Read more
Great customer service, the manager who I need to give a special thank you for the smile and greeting . I wish many of the... Naples Restaurants IE: Dunkin Donuts and McDonald's employees follow her lead. I had the Smokehouse breakfast sandwich. OMGdelicious. I just wanna start off by saying that I really love this place for breakfast. I normally got to the north fort Myers location... but I just moved to Naples so I was excited to learn that I had one right down the road from me. However the Naples spot is acomplete night and day difference when it comes to service and quality of products. Upon entering you?re met with the smell ofburnt coffee and bagels as if everything is being cooked until black. Pushing that aside, I normally order a simple vanilla coldbrew and a bagel but every time I get my coffee it?s made either without cream or sugar or both and it?s starting to get undermy skin so much that I really don?t feel like coming back. I?ve tried to give this store the benefit of the doubt but every timeI leave frustrated. I will point out that the management is very pleasant but that only gets you so far when things andconsistently coming out wrong or aren?t being addressed. Read more
I love Einstein bagels, so imagine my disappointment in my breakfast this morning. The gentleman who was in front of me, had to... double check his order, and 3 out of 4 sandwiches were wrong, he whispered to me ?something is always wrong when I come to thisone?. I got my hash browns and at first they were cold and frozen in the middle. Then after they fixed them, they were so hotthe paper cracked off all over the hash browns, and the temperature was beyond anything you should ever serve, my fingers arestill red from trying to touch it. We got bagels here in the morning and it was a pleasant experience. Their pumpkin bagel is delicious highly reommend! Great to... have now with the season and a great start to the day morning! Service could be a better! Read more
Oh this place could use some cleaning. We stopped by to get some quick breakfast while doing errands and had to walk out. There... was very visible mold growing out of the ac vents, dust and marks all over the windows and doors. People working there lookedpolite but the owner needs to look into sanitizing this place.
