I would never order the again. Ordered a small box of donut 8 they only have us 4 and b it wasn't even the flavor we asked for... as we were driving off we noticed the shortage of donuts we pulled back and someone else came to the window and said we didn'thave the blue berry ones. But yet never did anything about it. We asked for another flavor but yet still didn't get what weasked for.ugh!!! Just went home very upset and not worth stopping there again. Young staff with no responsibility nor manners. Read more

Absolutely the worst breakfast anywhere. Six little soggy hash browns. Hardee's gives you twelve to fifteen in the same size... envelope. The breakfast sandwich was raw bread (unheated and untoasted) and all the bacon was clumped on one side. Justterrible training and quality control. I tried DD in Virginia and Maryland. The donuts were stale. I hope this company goes outof business and soon. And I don't care what takes it's place Don't waste your time or money. Read more

The only reason I continue to go to this Dunkin is because of location otherwise I wouldn?t go. I go every morning to get my... coffee, the service is not the best but they do their job. On two separate occasions my coffee was ?soapy?. The first time was5/21/21, I called the manager to make her aware, she was rude, argumentative and basically called me a liar. I was offered afree coffee but it was more to just shut me up there was never an apology or acknowledgment. Therefor I reached out to corporateand was put into contact with HR but don?t know what happened after that. I would?ve never gone that far if the manager hadcustomer service skills to begin with. Second occasion was today, again the best way to describe my coffee was ?soapy?. I wastold from a previous Dunkin employee that this can happen if the coffee machines aren?t cleaned out thoroughly when they putwhatever cleaner they use through the machine. If they would just sample the coffee after cleaning to make sure it doesn?t looklike this that would be great, I don?t think it?s too much to ask for. Photos attached so the manager doesn?t think I?m lying:) It?s frustrating that we finally have a Dunkin? out here in the Estates and management is ruining it. Very sad because otherlocations in Naples are amazing. Read more

They have no concept of what LIGHTLY TOASTED is and when they burn it they don't have the decency to make another one. This... order is for a child with Autism so lightly toasted means lightly toasted! It was ok when you first opened but we're a fewmonths in, this is unacceptable. Read more

This Dunkin' Drive-thru is brand new to the Orange Tree community located conveniently next to the Publix grocery store. Here... you can grab a freshly baked donut in a variety of flavors. They offer hot and Iced coffee, lunch and breakfast items, and aselection of pastries. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Expect a "Thank you. Have a nice day!" from the ever friendlystaff. There is a drive-thru and it is usually busy but the line moves fairly quickly. All in all I'd say this Dunkin' is goingto be a good addition to the shops in this area. Read more
