this dunkin lately has gone completely down hill and I will not be returning... I have been coming here almost every morning... before work for years. this past year, each visit gets worse & worse. not only have my drinks been consistently made incorrectly(getting dairy milk when asking for non-dairy, incorrect flavors, cup filled to the top w ice when asking for minimal amount),when trying to call or go in later after work, I do not get any type of help. today, I asked for a cup of water with my ordertoday and they proceeded to tell me they have to charge me extra... for a cup of water... starbucks across the street has muchbetter service, or narrative coffee in mercato ! and they don't try to charge you for a cup of water :) Read more

This is primarily a drive thru store, good idea, poor layout, traffic spills out onto 105th Street and backs up onto Rt41 south.... Service is fast and focused on the drive thru service. Inside they will take an order over the counter but prefer you use theordering kiosks. There are 3 -4 tables inside with 4 parking spots outside 1 is a handicap spot Read more
