Drive thru is horribly inconvenient access & they made hot drinks when we ordered iced. Then the iced ones were terrible.
It?s just like other Dunkin? locations but is usually busy. If you do get there later in the morning seems like a number of... items will be sold out. Read more
Went for a Macha and asked for little ice. She gave me a lot of ice and didn't even say thank you when she handed me the drink.

Worst Dunkin I?ve ever been to. They never make my drink right so I always waste my money. The girl with all the piercings is... the only one that makes it right. I literally only get a French vanilla iced coffee with cream & sugar. But she hasn?t beenthere in a while. So a lady who apparently is the manager? Has been there & she messes up my drink EVERY time. Out of most I have been to this place makes sure that I have fresh eggs and bacon on my sandwich as asked.
I tried this location for the first time today. I ordered what I usually order and received completely different results. My... coffee had no sugar syrup in it. The bacon that I ordered that is supposed to be packed with seasoning..had no seasoning and wascold and hard. Finally, the bagel that I ordered was mismatched. It had the right top, but the bottom was from a different kindof bagel. I was disappointed with the coffee and the bacon, but I was at least expecting the bagel to be the same top and samebottom. What a way to start my Friday morning! I just can not believe that the employees deem this service acceptable. Read more
PLEASE READ! I am not the type of person that normally leaves reviews, however my experience at this location via the drive... thru, was bad to say least. The drive thru person didn?t greet me, say thank you, your welcome, etc. The most unusual moment iswhen she handed my order to me and never said anything at all?I i wasn?t sure that my order was complete because she didn?tbother to end the conversation.. I truly believe that this is not her fault, as management either made a bad hire or didn?ttrain her properly. . Read more
