Reviews for Dunkin' in Naples, FL
Love the coffee and possibility to have a non-dairy option. They have a better tasty coconut milk than the Starbucks. Isabella... provided an excellent customer service and the donuts were very fresh and delicious. Read more

This is one of the better run Dunkins in the area. Ordering was smooth, wait was short, and order was correct. Despite the... crummy location (in the middle of Alfie's parking lot) I give it 2 thumbs up-- they should use staff from this location totrain others. Read more
This is the worst D.D I've ever gone to. Food is old and stale. I used to go to this Dunkin' Donuts every day but stopped about... a year ago because it's a dirty place and they couldn't get an order right if it were to save there lives. I went back a yearlater and they still can't get It right. I've been back there 6 times now and 5 times out of 6 they couldn't get a simple largecoffee 6 creams and 2 sweet and low correct. I've gotten 4 and 4 , 2 creams 6 sweet and Low 5 creams and one sweet and low andtoday 6 creams and 2 equal, I clearly said sweet and low. After 10 minutes i got the coffee and just like last year it tastedmore like cream and water than coffee. What is wrong with this manager, you need a new manager, she can't take an ordercorrectly and whoever does the hiring here should resign. When I told The manager my coffee needed sweet and low not Equal shegave me a look that can kill. Employees are slow as molasses and very rarely get a simple coffee order correct. I refuse tocome back to your establishment and recommend you all do the same. They're all a bunch of dummies in there. Starting withmanagement. You need to clean house and start over. Read more
Asked for the English muffin to be toasted on my sausage, egg and cheese sandwich and abruptly cut off by the young man behind... the counter, who explained, as if I were a 5-year-old, that "they are already toasted, no need to order it that way." (So ofcourse he didn't note it on my order, which I saw later.) I just laughed and said, "oh, is that right?". He's less than half myage telling me about always doing something. While, they did indeed make this practice standard back before turning customer outquickly was the priority, it hasn't been a practice for quite some time and you must add it to the order if you want to see eventhe barest of toasting. So... as I'm sure you can guess, lo-and-behold, not a single toasted crumb on the English muffin. Not aone. And the sausage is not like it used to be. All in all, I was pretty dissatisfied with everything from the service to thefood to the rediculou price. Read more
